O&M Sales Manager

Our Operation & Maintenance business line is looking for an experienced O&M Sales Manager to be located in the UK and the geographical responsibility will cover the UK and Ireland. This role will play a key part in driving commercial growth and securing new opportunities within the renewable energy sector.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with new customers (Utilities, Investment Funds, IPPs, EPC contractors) and lead the negotiation of new O&M contracts.
  • Contribute and implement practices for risk management and mitigation.
  • Elaborate and perform business presentations to customers and other business stakeholders with the purpose of establishing commercial relationships generating new sales for the O&M Business.
  • Conduct, prepare and elaborate budgets, economical & technical proposals compliant with the internal recommended practices and instructions.
  • Actively contribute to the development of tools and solutions related to the O&M commercial activity.
  • Proactively promote the company’s activity participating in Solar and Storage events.
  • Support the Head of Sales in the definition of the Sales Action Plan, developing a strong project pipeline, screening strategic decisions of key investors, forecasting sales volume for a specific market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Management.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales roles (mandatory).
  • Over 5 years of experience in Services/O&M (preferred).
  • At least 5 years of experience in the renewable energy sector (preferred).
  • Proven track record in negotiating and budgeting O&M/Service contracts.
  • Strong understanding of the solar and storage market in the UK and Ireland, including key stakeholders: asset owners, asset managers, O&M players.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • English speaker.
  • Strong awareness and commitment to Ethics and Compliance and HSE.
