I’m currently seeking an experienced Ordnance, Munitions & Explosives (OME) Engineer to provide specialist technical expertise across OME engineering activities, supporting the delivery of safe, compliant and successful engineering outcomes.

Looking for experienced Engineer to join a rolling contract for 6 + months, in a highly secured environment.

Location: Bristol / Remote work, with ad-hoc travel to Portsmouth

Level of Clearance – SC Clearance – candidates holding active Clearance may benefit of a quick start date

Essential Skills

  • Extensive experience providing technical advice and delivering successful OME engineering/science outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of OME legislation, regulation, policy and standards
  • Proven EOD / weapons experience.
  • Professionally registered as a minimum as one of the following:
    • Incorporated Engineer (IEng)
    • Registered Scientist (RSci)
    • Registered Marine Technologist (RMarTech)
    • Chartered Physicist (CPhys)
