Key Responsibilities
- Collaboration and Team Leadership: Work across askUS as the University’s single front door for student enquiries and specialist service teams.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with customer-facing teams, technology colleagues, product owners, data specialists, content owners, and suppliers.
- System and Process Support: Ensure systems and processes support a joined-up, end-to-end experience.
- CRM and Knowledge Management: Strengthen consistent CRM use, knowledge management, self-service, automation, and proactive support.
- Customer Service Improvement: Use insight to reduce avoidable contact and improve service quality.
