This role sits at the heart of our omni-channel approach, working across askUS as the University’s single front door for student enquiries, and our specialist service teams who support more complex cases. You’ll work closely with customer-facing teams, technology colleagues, product owners, data specialists, content owners and suppliers to make sure our systems and processes support a joined-up, end-to-end experience. Together, you’ll help strengthen consistent CRM use, knowledge management, self-service, automation and proactive support, using insight to reduce avoidable contact and improve service quality.
Key Responsibilities
We’re looking for someone who can bring together people, process, technology and data in a complex customer service environment. You’ll have experience of leading teams, supporting technology-enabled change, and working with CRM, knowledge bases and wider customer contact technologies.
