HCP Omnichannel Activation Manager – Healthcare Marketing & Commercial Excellence

Role Overview
A strategic healthcare marketing leadership opportunity focused on developing and executing Northern Europe’s omnichannel engagement strategy for healthcare professionals (HCPs).
The role will drive connected customer experiences across field force, digital, CRM, professional education, KOL engagement, media, and data-driven activation, with the goal of increasing HCP engagement, recommendation, advocacy, and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Northern Europe HCP omnichannel strategy across paid, owned, earned, and shared channels.
- Develop integrated customer journeys connecting field force, CRM, digital engagement, education, KOLs, and professional media.
- Partner with field force leadership to align customer engagement, segmentation, targeting, territory planning, and commercial priorities.
- Drive effective engagement across pharmacy, dentistry, primary care, and secondary care audiences.
- Partner with HCP Brand Managers and content teams to translate strategies into impactful omnichannel activation programs.
- Develop customer journey frameworks, content sequencing, and activation best practices.
- Lead CRM, personalization, customer segmentation, and marketing automation initiatives.
- Establish KPIs, measurement frameworks, and test-and-learn programs to improve engagement and return on investment.
- Build omnichannel capabilities through training, playbooks, coaching, and best-practice tools.
- Act as a subject matter expert on HCP omnichannel engagement and customer experience.
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Commercial Excellence, Sales, IT, Media, Marketing, and external partners.
- Lead and develop direct reports and contribute to wider organizational capability.

Requirements
- Significant experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices, consumer healthcare, or a related healthcare sector.
- Experience developing and leading HCP omnichannel engagement strategies.
- Strong experience managing healthcare sales, field force, or customer-facing commercial teams.
- Proven leadership, coaching, and people-development experience.
- Strong understanding of HCP engagement across pharmacy, primary care, secondary care, and/or dentistry.
- Experience integrating field force activity with digital, CRM, and omnichannel programs.
- Strong knowledge of CRM, customer journey design, segmentation, marketing automation, and performance analytics.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to link customer engagement to measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Preferred: Experience with omnichannel transformation, regional/multi-country programs, customer or sales force effectiveness, healthcare marketing, and management of agencies, media partners, or technology suppliers.
