Omnichannel Excellence Manager (d/f/m)

Essity is a leading global hygiene and healthcare company. We are committed to improve the quality of life through high-quality hygiene and healthcare solutions. We sell our products and solutions in around 150 countries under many strong brands, including the global market leaders TENA and Tork, as well as well-known brands such as Jobst, Leukoplast, Libero, Libresse, Lotus, Nosotras, Saba, Tempo, Vinda and Zewa.

About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and strategic Omnichannel Excellence Manager (d/f/m). While the role is based in our Munich office, we’re open to other Essity locations including Gothenburg, Philadelphia, Hamburg and Dunstable. This is a permanent, full-time position offering the opportunity to make a real impact in a dynamic, international environment.

What you will do

  • Drive business transformation towards omnichannel excellence together with the regions, focusing on direct/indirect go-to-market models and low- & tech-touch experiences
  • Drive adoption and value realization of omnichannel services and digital tools by developing business use cases, enabling regional launches and migrations, supporting change management, and scaling proven practices across markets.
  • Establish shared success measures for omnichannel initiatives, combining leading and lagging indicators to track adoption, customer experience, commercial impact, and capability progression, and use the results to drive decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Define and implement omnichannel best practices (for direct/indirect models) in close partnership with central functions and local sales and marketing teams
  • Work with the Commercial Excellence training team to support upskilling and training initiatives for omnichannel Virtual Sales
  • Lead structured omnichannel maturity assessments and workshops with regions, turning benchmark findings into prioritized action plans, securing local ownership, and following up on execution and progress.
  • Monitor B2B commerce, customer-experience, AI, automation, and go-to-market trends; translate relevant developments and external benchmarks into practical recommendations, pilots, and scalable practices for the commercial organization.
  • Lead and develop one direct report, providing coaching, guidance, and performance management while building capabilities, driving accountability, and supporting the successful delivery of omnichannel initiatives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
