My client, a leading digital consultancy are currently looking to hire an OMS Technical Consultant for a very prestigious end client of theirs within the retail industry.

Skills / Experience:
- Experience working with Fluent Commerce or similar OMS platforms used to manage order lifecycle, fulfilment workflows and orchestration.
- Understanding of order lifecycle concepts including order capture, allocation, sourcing, fulfilment, cancellation, amendment, collection, dispatch, delivery and returns.
- Experience working with workflow-driven platforms where business rules and state transitions trigger actions, events or downstream notifications.
- Ability to understand and support order workflows that notify other systems via webhooks / events when an order reaches a particular state.
- Experience integrating OMS platforms with ecommerce, payment, warehouse, store, carrier, customer notification and order history systems.
- Understanding of fulfilment routes such as Click & Collect, Store to Home, Supplier Direct, Fulfilment Centre to Home or similar retail fulfilment models.
- Ability to analyse order state, fulfilment state, event history and workflow execution to troubleshoot operational issues.
- Experience working with APIs, webhooks, events or integration layers used to exchange order and fulfilment data with downstream systems.
