As our On-Board Sales & Education Manager, you’ll maximise retail and treatment revenue across the OneSpaWorld fleet by inspiring, coaching and developing on-board teams. Working side by side with facialists and spa leaders, you’ll bring the ELEMIS brand to life, strengthen commercial capability and ensure every guest receives an exceptional consultation, treatment and product experience.
This is an exciting, highly visible opportunity for an experienced OneSpaWorld professional who combines outstanding ELEMIS expertise with a proven ability to motivate teams and deliver measurable commercial growth.
What Will You Do?
- Create and maintain a rolling eight-week schedule of ship visits and sailings across all cruise-line partners, prioritising opportunities with the greatest commercial impact.
- Review and analyse on-board performance data to identify trends, opportunities and development needs.
- Build and implement targeted action plans that improve sales, conversion, treatment bookings and guest engagement.
- Provide clear, meaningful reporting that demonstrates the commercial impact of each visit or sailing.
- Deliver engaging virtual and in-person roadshows to launch new products and treatments and maintain sales momentum.
- Conduct treatment and consultation audits, providing constructive feedback and measuring improvement.
- Assess competency levels and support team members in achieving and maintaining the required ELEMIS certifications.
- Ensure on-board teams demonstrate exceptional ELEMIS brand, product, ingredient and treatment knowledge.
- Coach teams to deliver treatments and consultations safely, confidently and consistently.
- Work alongside on-board teams, leading by example through product demonstrations, spa tours, seminars and HD Skin Wellness Consultations.
- Deliver workshops, seminars and one-to-one coaching that inspire teams and translate learning into measurable results.
- Support on-board managers with stock and inventory queries to maximise availability and minimise missed sales opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen ELEMIS brand presence and visibility across the fleet.
- Build strong relationships across ELEMIS, OneSpaWorld and cruise-line partner teams to drive shared commercial goals.
- Act as a credible and passionate ELEMIS brand ambassador at every opportunity.

Regular international travel and extended periods on board are essential to this role. Flexibility will be required to work in line with sailing schedules and the needs of our cruise-line partners.
Who You Are:
- Several years demonstratable experience working with ELEMIS.
- Excellent knowledge of the ELEMIS brand, products, treatments and service standards.
- A proven sales record, with experience improving conversion, average transaction value and treatment revenue.
- Strong experience within the OneSpaWorld operation and a clear understanding of the on-board spa environment.
- Demonstrable experience coaching, motivating and developing high-performing teams.
- Confidence delivering engaging presentations, workshops, seminars and practical demonstrations.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into focused action plans.
- Excellent verbal, written and non-verbal communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the credibility to influence teams and stakeholders at every level.
- Exceptional planning, organisation and time-management skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and remain calm, adaptable and decisive in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- A collaborative approach, with the ability to share knowledge and work across functions to achieve common goals.
- High attention to detail, professionalism and discretion.
- A genuine passion for creating exceptional guest experiences and continually raising standards.
