Business Analysis and Onboarding Specialist
DAY RATE INSIDE IR35 £466.20
Duration - 6 months
IR35 - Inside
Location - Manchester, Glasgow, Ipswich (3/2)
Description
Support the analysis, onboarding, and migration of Domain 1 and Domain 2 applications across TSA and non-TSA estates. The role helps build a clear understanding of application inventories, dependencies, risks, and onboarding requirements, enabling delivery teams to make informed decisions and progress migration activity.
What you'll do
- Gather, validate, and maintain application data.
- Identify application patterns, groupings, and dependencies.
- Work with architects to assess the current state and target solutions.
- Support short-term remediation and long-term strategic migration planning.
- Engage application owners and technical teams to resolve gaps and unknowns.
- Support application onboarding into agreed target platforms.
- Track risks, blockers, actions, and decisions.
- Provide clear status updates and delivery reporting.

What we're looking for
- Strong business analysis skills.
- Experience working with application portfolios, migrations, or onboarding activities.
- Able to organise large amounts of information and turn it into practical actions.
- Comfortable working with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Collaborative and inclusive approach.
Experience in cyber security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), infrastructure, application onboarding, or regulated environments is beneficial but not essential.
