About The Role

Pertemps Loughborough Commercial seeks an On-Site Administrator for a full-time, temporary assignment in Crick, paying £13.50 per hour. This role involves 40 hours weekly, spread across five days within a seven-day period, with specific days agreed upon discussion. We are currently looking for a reliable and organised On-Site Administrator to join our busy team in Crick, Northampton on a temporary ongoing basis.

This is a varied administrative role, ideal for someone who is confident using computers, has excellent attention to detail and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate data entry and maintaining records
  • Following up on compliance tasks and outstanding actions
  • Driver confirmations and supporting daily operational requirements

  • General administration and supporting the smooth running of the operation

About You

The Ideal Candidate Will Be

  • Organised and highly reliable
  • Detail-oriented with good administration skills
  • Confident using computers and Microsoft Office
  • A good communicator who is comfortable speaking with drivers and colleagues
  • Able to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
  • Flexible and happy working in a busy operational environment

Previous experience in administration, logistics, transport or compliance would be advantageous but is not essential.
