About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on, responsible Delivery & Operations Engineer to join our autonomous driving project team. In this role, you will be responsible for project operations and maintenance in a Linux environment, on-site vehicle commissioning, sensor calibration, and joint testing, ensuring that the autonomous driving system operates stably and efficiently in real-world scenarios. This position covers both software and hardware aspects, making it ideal for technical talents who enjoy diverse tasks and on-site problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
Software-related:
- Perform daily operations and maintenance for projects in Linux-based environments;
- Record, track, and report issues using management tools such as Jira;
- Monitor and control vehicle and equipment status via the Fleet Management System (FMS);
- Execute various tests according to test cases and generate formal test reports;
- Write or modify Python scripts for troubleshooting and test assistance;
- Document issues and KPIs during joint commissioning or vessel operations, and handle anomalies promptly to ensure smooth testing.

Hardware-related:
- Conduct on-site commissioning and testing of autonomous trucks;
- Adjust and test sensor mounting positions;
- Understand various autonomous driving hardware (sensors, onboard computers, network devices) and perform installation and wiring;
- Independently reinstall Linux systems;
- Safely control vehicles using remote controllers;
- Calibrate autonomous vehicle sensors (LiDAR, GNSS, cameras, etc.);
- Regularly recharge and activate local SIM cards.

Requirements
- Capable of daily communication in English; Ability to use Chinese as a working language is a strong plus;
- Proficient in basic Linux commands and common operations;
- Familiar with mainstream bug management systems;
- Able to read code and have a basic understanding of Python;
- Quick learner, strong team player, and hands-on ability;
- Good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility;
- Willing to work on-site and adapt to shift schedules including day and night rotations.
