Job Description

On Site HR Intern – 6 month FTC

Overview

The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team in delivering day-to-day HR activities across Europe. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Human Resources and gain exposure to the full employee lifecycle within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

The HR team consists of three key areas: HR Operations, HR Business Partnering and Talent Attraction. The intern will primarily support the HR Business Partnering team while working closely with colleagues across all HR functions.

Responsibilities

  • Support the HR team with administrative tasks across the employee lifecycle.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations and HR materials.
  • Help coordinate leave of absence administration, including maintaining records and supporting documentation.
  • Support HR reporting and people analytics activities.
  • Assist with the administration of international relocations and employee mobility processes.
  • Support the coordination of immigration and right-to-work documentation where required.
  • Assist with Learning and Development activities, including scheduling training sessions and liaising with providers.
  • Help prepare for annual HR processes such as performance, talent and compensation reviews.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR data is up to date.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team and assist with ad hoc projects.
  • Contribute ideas to improve HR processes and team efficiency.

Skills And Experience Requirements

  • Completed undergraduate degree required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
  • Strong AI literacy, with the ability to use AI tools responsibly and effectively to improve productivity and support day-to-day work.
  • Team-oriented with a commitment to working in a positive and collaborative environment.
  • Curious and eager to learn from different perspectives and experiences.
  • Proactive, adaptable and committed to personal and professional development.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Previous internship, placement year, or relevant work experience in an office or professional environment is required.
