What You’ll Do:

Desktop Support & Hardware Management:

  • Provide hands-on technical support for Windows, Macintosh, and mobile devices, including imaging, software installation, IMAC activities (installations, moves, additions, and changes), remote support, hardware refresh, warranty and out-of-warranty repairs, and troubleshooting post-deployment issues.
  • Support printers, peripherals, depot services, spare parts management, and executive/VIP users.

Asset Management & Operational Support:

  • Manage IT inventory, asset tagging, equipment assignment, disposal, redeployment, asset reclaim, and hardware tracking within asset management systems.
  • Coordinate shipping, repair schedules, supplier dispatch support, data backup and recovery activities, and provide weekly inventory and hardware status reports.

User Support & Service Delivery:

  • Deliver excellent customer service through walk-up support, incident/request management, and timely resolution of hardware and software issues.
  • Open, classify, assign, track, and close service requests while collaborating with cross-functional teams to onboard new hires and ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
  • Provide Audio Visual (AV) support, including health checks and troubleshooting.

What You Need:

Technical Experience:

  • 3–5 years of IT support experience, including hands-on technical training and experience supporting enterprise desktop environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Macintosh platforms, including laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.

Hardware & Software Support:

  • Experience with Windows 10 imaging, software deployment, hardware troubleshooting, Microsoft Office applications, printer installation and support, application conflict resolution, and workstation maintenance.

Networking & Infrastructure Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with basic networking concepts including TCP/IP, Windows Networking, Ethernet, and networked printer support such as queue creation and server maintenance.

Asset & Service Management Skills:

  • Experience with inventory management, asset tracking systems, IT depot operations, hardware lifecycle management, and working with external vendors for repair and dispatch coordination.

Customer Service & Professional Skills:

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting helpdesk or call center environments, willingness to work flexible schedules when required, and certifications such as CompTIA A+ and/or MCP are preferred.
