On site manager - Anwick
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an On site manager to work with a leading food production company in Anwick. You will lead operations, managing a team of 11 coordinators and recruiters while supporting a workforce of over 350 production operatives. Your focus will be on recruitment, workforce planning, compliance, payroll accuracy, and employee engagement to ensure excellent service delivery.
Shift patterns:
- 09:00 - 17:00 | Mon - Fri | Fixed
Pay rates:
- 16.82 GBP hourly
Essential requirements for On site manager:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
- Strong industrial recruitment background
- Proven ability to manage and develop a large team
- Good understanding of UK right to work legislation and worker rights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced setting
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of the local jobs market
- Proficient IT skills, including good knowledge of Google sheets
