365 People are looking for an experienced and reliable Onsite Recruitment Manager to run and support high-volume recruitment operations at our Milton Keynes site and nearby locations in Luton & Bedford. This is a busy, hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Shift Patterns Available:
- 08:00 - 17:00
- 12:00 – 21:00
- Days: Monday to Friday or Tuesday - Saturday (plus on call rota)
- Flexible shifts available
- Driving licence required – travel to other sites will be required

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day onsite recruitment and workforce planning as part of an RPO delivery model
- Supporting candidate onboarding, attendance management, and query resolution
- Coordinating staffing levels and shift requirements across multiple warehouse sites
- Liaising with team leaders and onsite operational management
- Providing on-call support as part of a scheduled rota
About You:
- Proven onsite recruitment, RPO, or high-volume recruitment experience essential
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills
- Comfortable managing a varied, fast-paced workload independently
- Flexible to work varying shifts, including weekends and on-call duties
- Full UK driving licence required, own transport for multi-site travel
- Own safety boots required for warehouse floor access
