We’re looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead Genmed’s on-site managed service at Epsom Hospital.
This is a hands-on operational role at the heart of a busy orthopaedic environment. You’ll lead a small team, manage stock and suppliers, drive savings and ensure clinical teams have what they need to keep theatres running smoothly.
The role
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading and developing our on-site team
- Managing stock, consumables, loan kits and inventory
- Building strong relationships with clinical teams and Trust stakeholders
- Managing suppliers, performance and contract KPIs
- Driving cost savings, benchmarking and continuous improvement
- Supporting theatre purchasing and equipment maintenance
- Using data to identify issues and improve service delivery
- Ensuring the right products are in the right place, at the right time

What we’re looking for
You’ll be a confident people manager and natural problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment.
You’ll bring strong leadership, organisation, stakeholder management and customer service skills, alongside good Excel and data analysis capability.

Experience in healthcare, medical devices, theatres, procurement or supply chain would be a strong advantage.
