Genmed | SWLEOC | Epsom | On-site

We’re looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead Genmed’s on-site managed service at Epsom Hospital.

This is a hands-on operational role at the heart of a busy orthopaedic environment. You’ll lead a small team, manage stock and suppliers, drive savings and ensure clinical teams have what they need to keep theatres running smoothly.

The role

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading and developing our on-site team
  • Managing stock, consumables, loan kits and inventory
  • Building strong relationships with clinical teams and Trust stakeholders
  • Managing suppliers, performance and contract KPIs
  • Driving cost savings, benchmarking and continuous improvement
  • Supporting theatre purchasing and equipment maintenance
  • Using data to identify issues and improve service delivery
  • Ensuring the right products are in the right place, at the right time

You’ll be a confident people manager and natural problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment.

You’ll bring strong leadership, organisation, stakeholder management and customer service skills, alongside good Excel and data analysis capability.
