Site Supervisor → Site Manager

📍 UK-wide | 🚐 Company vehicle | 🏥 Private healthcare | 💰 Annual bonus

Ready for the next step, but need someone to give you the opportunity to take it?

Drift Services Group is looking for a Site Supervisor with the ambition to progress into a Site Manager role.

We’re not necessarily looking for someone who already has every box ticked for Site Management. We’re looking for someone who wants to get there.

Someone practical, switched on and comfortable on a drilling site. Someone who understands how projects work, isn't afraid to get hands-on when needed, and is ready to start taking more responsibility for people, programmes, clients and delivery.

We’ll provide the experience, exposure and training you need to make that progression with us.

What You'll Be Doing

Working across Drift's drilling, groundwater and geothermal projects, you'll support the safe and effective day-to-day management of our sites.

You'll work closely with our Operations and Project teams and gradually take on greater responsibility as your experience develops, including:

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
