Gin has done the same thing for 200 years. Same botanicals, same G&T, same tired advertising. The boom is over, London Dry is in decline and the category has gone quiet.

Snoop Dogg, Dr. Dre and Jimmy Lovine set out to change that.

Still G.I.N

Still G.I.N is an American-style gin — citrus-forward, copper-pot and hand-vacuum distilled, led by tangerine, rose and coriander rather than a wall of juniper. It’s built to be versatile: neat or as the base of a Boss Margarita, a West Coast Paloma or a 50/50 Martini. A modern gin for people who want a lifestyle statement they can sip.

It has already secured serious listings — Gordon Ramsay Restaurants, Everyman Cinemas, Sainsbury’s and Matthew Clark. Now it needs the right people on the ground to build it in the on-trade.

Why this one’s different

  • You won’t be introducing a brand nobody has heard of.
  • Behind you is real cultural weight and real investment.
  • The ambassador roster — Dre, Snoop, Martha Stewart, Virgil van Dijk and Gordon Ramsay — carries close to 400 million in reach.
  • 2026 brings the marketing to match: 90 million ATL impressions across cinema (Still G.I.N is the official gin partner of Everyman), outdoor and digital, alongside 25 experiential events and 750,000 drinks sampled.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Your role is to turn that momentum into liquid on lips and to be the face of Still G.I.N in your region and win over bartenders, buyers and drinkers alike.

It’s a hands-on role with genuine ownership in a fast-growing business. You’ll work closely with the UK sales team and the US team, and you’ll own your patch end to end.

What you’ll actually be doing

  • Out in the field daily — bar visits that land distribution and menu features.
  • Prospecting for new accounts — spotting the opportunities others miss, and opening them.
  • Running tastings, product presentations and bartender training that turn staff into advocates.
  • Building the relationships that matter — distributors, key accounts, restaurants, bars and venues.
  • Driving rate of sale through cocktail programmes, menu listings and incentives, not just first orders.
  • Creating velocity, so Still G.I.N becomes the bottle they reach for again and again.

Do it well and you won’t just hit targets — you’ll help build a brand from the front, in a category that’s finally moving.

Who we’re looking for

  • Great experience in drinks, ideally with time behind the bar. You speak bartender.
  • Strong knowledge of the on-trade in your region — the outlets, the people, the accounts worth pursuing.
  • A proven track record of selling and closing in this channel.
  • Someone who can walk into a room, tell a story and land the deal.
  • Self-starting and comfortable owning a patch independently — and a genuine team player.
  • A real passion for drinks. It’s the difference between a rep and an ambassador.
  • Happy to work some evenings and weekends, because that’s where the trade lives.

On experience

We value it. We don’t worship it. If you have the network, the drive and the love for the trade but your CV doesn’t tick every box, we’d still like to hear from you. The best ambassadors rarely look the same on paper.
