Do you have previous experience working at sea or in the hospitality industry and are you ready for a new adventure?
Onboard Britannia there are 2 restaurants, 3 bars, duty free shop and 538 cabins, here you will have the opportunity to shine: utilizing all your current skills and gaining vital new ones. Working alongside a close-knit team, you have the responsibility to ensure that the journey is exciting and comfortable, both for our guests and for your colleagues. Some Of Your Key Responsibilities
- Support onboard hospitality operations – Work across the restaurants, bars, duty-free shop and other passenger areas to support the smooth running of the vessel.
- Maintain high standards – Ensure areas are clean, presentable and maintained to Stena Line’s required standards.
- Work effectively as part of the onboard team – Collaborate closely with colleagues to provide a friendly, efficient and professional service to passengers and fellow crew members.
- Follow health, safety and company procedures – Work safely and responsibly onboard, following all relevant Stena Line policies, procedures and maritime requirements.
- Deliver excellent customer service – Ensure guests have a welcoming, comfortable and enjoyable experience throughout their journey.
What You Will Experience
If you’ve worked at sea in the past, then you know how special it is, that the team soon becomes like a second family. When onboard staying in one of our single occupancy ensuite crew cabins, there’s a gym and plenty of room to relax, have fun and hang out with your colleagues. We are hoping that you see the job as a chance to grow and develop, and an experience that will hopefully open doors to the future.

Requirements
- Must be able to communicate in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong at multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and a team player is a must
- Attention to detail and ambition to develop within the company
- STCW including crowd management (preferred)
- ENG1 Medical (preferred)
- Food Hygiene Level 2 (preferred)
