Hybrid working, with attendance in Wiltshire typically required once per week or fortnight, alongside occasional travel to the London office.

We’re seeking an experienced Onboarding & Compliance Manager to lead a high-performing onboarding and compliance function responsible for ensuring clinicians are onboarded efficiently, compliantly and to the highest professional standards.

This is a pivotal leadership role within a growing organisation, combining operational management, regulatory compliance, continuous improvement and team leadership.

Reporting to the Head of Workforce Operations, you will take ownership of the end-to-end onboarding and compliance process for a large contingent clinician workforce, ensuring a high-quality, audit-ready service that supports organisational growth and service delivery.

The Opportunity

This is a fast-paced, hands-on leadership role where you’ll be expected to balance strategic improvement with day-to-day operational delivery.

  • Lead the onboarding and compliance function through a Team Leader
  • Maintain oversight of team performance, workload management and service delivery
  • Remain closely involved in operational decision-making, problem solving and driving performance

The successful candidate will be comfortable operating in a high-volume, constantly evolving environment. You’ll bring the resilience, energy and commercial awareness needed to manage competing priorities, respond to changing workforce demands and maintain high standards during periods of growth.

This is not a role for someone who wants to sit above the detail. We’re looking for a leader who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, supporting their team and taking ownership of delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

  • Lead the day-to-day onboarding and compliance function.
  • Manage onboarding pipelines, service levels, volumes and performance metrics.
  • Ensure onboarding activity is delivered accurately, efficiently and within agreed timescales.
  • Work closely with workforce planning and operational stakeholders to understand workforce demand and priorities.
  • Identify risks, bottlenecks and capacity challenges, implementing solutions proactively.
  • Provide clear reporting and updates on performance, risks and actions.
  • Ensure operational resilience and continuity during periods of increased demand.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
