Glassbox is a leading force in shaping digital experiences. It helps organizations uncover digital issues, boost conversion rates, enhance accessibility, prevent fraud, and more. Leveraging AI-driven customer intelligence, Glassbox enables enterprises to deliver secure, proactive, and preventative digital experiences. Its solutions are trusted by highly regulated organizations, including SoFi, Cal, and many others. We are growing and have been recognized by G2 as one of 2024's Top 50 Software Companies in the world.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-centric Onboarding and Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our team in a dynamic, hybrid role. This position serves as the critical bridge between the sales cycle and long-term customer value. Your primary focus will be owning the initial onboarding phase—acting as a project manager to ensure new customers are successfully implemented, trained, and realizing time-to-value as quickly as possible.

Because our account distribution is highly adaptable, the post-onboarding lifecycle will vary. Depending on the customer segment, product tier, and team capacity, you will either formally transition the customer to a dedicated ongoing CSM upon successful deployment, or you will retain the account and manage their long-term success and growth. You must be equally adept at rigorous project management and long-term relationship building.

What You Will Do?

Implementation & Onboarding (All Accounts)

  • Project Management: Lead post-sale kickoff meetings, align on customer goals, and develop tailored, time-bound onboarding project plans.
  • Platform Implementation: Pair with technical counterparts to guide customers through technical setup, integration configurations, and best practices to ensure a flawless deployment.
  • Training & Education: Conduct and schedule comprehensive product training sessions tailored to various user personas (e.g., admins, end-users, executive sponsors) to drive immediate platform adoption.
  • Time-to-Value Delivery: Monitor early adoption metrics and proactively address bottlenecks to ensure customers achieve their first defining moment of value within the targeted onboarding window.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Strategic Reviews: Conduct Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) / Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to demonstrate ROI, align on upcoming business objectives, and introduce relevant new features.
