• End-to-End Onboarding Delivery

  • Coordinate onboarding from pre-boarding through the first 90 days and beyond.
  • Act as a central point of contact across People, IT, hiring managers and partners.
  • Manage onboarding timelines, ensuring seamless handovers.
  • Support onboarding systems, tools and platforms.

• Integration Across STEP & Partners

  • Facilitate integration for individuals joining via partner organisations.
  • Align onboarding activities and messaging with partner stakeholders.
  • Deliver integration touchpoints such as inductions, orientation sessions and workshops.
  • Help new joiners navigate complex programme structures and stakeholder environments.

• Content, Learning & Experience

  • Develop and maintain onboarding materials (guides, welcome packs, digital content).
  • Deliver engaging induction and onboarding sessions.
  • Collaborate with Talent Development to link onboarding with early learning and capability building.
  • Ensure content is current, accessible and relevant.

• Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Gather feedback and analyse onboarding data and insights.
  • Track engagement and early experience metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement enhancements.
  • Contribute to wider People and culture initiatives.

About You

• Experience delivering onboarding, employee experience, HR operations or similar programmes.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.
• A collaborative mindset with experience working across teams and/or organisations.
• Comfortable operating in a complex, evolving environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Data-driven, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Essential:

• Proven experience delivering onboarding and/or integration activities in complex, fast-moving or matrixed environments.
• Experience supporting onboarding for a mix of employees, secondees, contractors or partner-organisation staff.
• Understanding of inclusive onboarding, early engagement and employee experience design.
• Strong coordination and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work confidently across multiple stakeholders, influencing without formal authority.
• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving requirements.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Beneficial:
