Onboarding Associate at OrderYOYO
We are looking for a confident and highly motivated Onboarding Associate to join us at OrderYOYO. We are growing rapidly across all of our markets in Europe and expanding to more countries in Europe over the next year, here’s how you can part of that!
ORDERYOYO’s Mission
We help takeaways and restaurants succeed online by providing them with personalised branded mobile apps, websites and personalised marketing. We are here to ensure that small to medium-sized restaurants and small chains are not subjected to high commissions, and giving the restaurant the ownership of their success!
Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:
The Onboarding Associate role focuses on onboarding restaurants and ensuring customer success. With attention to analytics and data of our restaurant partners, actively reaching out to our partners after the 60-day point and working with them to secure commercial growth within their restaurant.
Customer Success
- Outbound calls to restaurants to ensure customer success.
- Looking at existing Restaurant partner's account data and analysing to identify any optimisation points including offers/meal deals they don’t currently have, highlighting favourites/most sold at the top of the menus, upselling items via checkout suggestions (Drinks, sides/extras).
- Actively reach out to Restaurant partners to ensure quality customer service is maintained and to identify and suggest any areas of improvement.
- Taking ideas to the restaurant partners and implementing them.

Onboarding
- Dealing with the activation of our restaurant partners from the sign up to going live.
- Outbound calls to restaurants to ensure smooth onboarding process.
- You will be responsible for creating the Restaurant's profile, ranging from digitising menus to updating apps, so attention to detail and the ability to prioritise are key skills.
- Tracking and responsible for the restaurant within the first 60 days.
- Working with partners to enable them to go live within the set timeframes, using your communication skills, empathy and problem-solving abilities to navigate and educate restaurants from across the UK.
Location: Manchester
Hours: 9am-5.30pm
