We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our Recruitment & Onboarding team to support our new hires through their onboarding process.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administration and customer service experience who enjoys helping people, managing multiple priorities and delivering an excellent experience from offer acceptance through to day one.
You'll work closely with candidates, hiring managers and internal stakeholders to ensure our onboarding process runs smoothly, efficiently and professionally.
What You'll Do:
- Prepare contracts, offer letters and onboarding documentation.
- Guide candidates through the onboarding process and respond to queries.
- Coordinate pre-employment screening and vetting activities.
- Maintain accurate records across HR systems.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Monitor onboarding progress and proactively follow up outstanding actions.
- Help improve processes and enhance the candidate experience.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong administration and organisational skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems.
- A positive, proactive and team-oriented approach.
Experience:
Essential:
- Experience in an administrative, customer service or shared services environment.
- Experience managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong customer service experience.
- GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent).

Desirable:
- Experience within HR, Recruitment or Onboarding.
- Experience using HR systems such as SuccessFactors or SAP.
- Interest in developing a career within HR or Recruitment.
- A supportive and collaborative team environment.

This role is 37 hours per week based at our Farnborough site - with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite
