About the Role
As an Onboarding Expert, you’ll be a key contributor to an excellent onboarding journey for new and reactivated workers on our app. You’ll guide them, cheer them on, solve blockers, and help them take their first step to making a difference.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Make ~60 targeted outbound calls per day to Clipboard app users.
- Host ~5 pre-booked 15-minute onboarding consultations daily.
- Send follow-up emails and texts to answer questions and support worker onboarding.
- Respond to inbound messages and support tickets.
- Keep clear documentation of all interactions.
- Identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in the worker experience.
- Be the go-to guide and trusted partner helping professionals feel confident, supported, and ready to work their first shift.

- You enjoy talking to people, helping them succeed, solving challenges, and getting them excited about Clipboard.
- You’re comfortable making calls in a phone-heavy, fast-paced environment and love building rapport quickly.
- You speak and write English clearly and professionally.
- You’re organized, follow through on tasks, and don’t let things slip.
- You’re curious, resourceful, and always looking for the root cause of a problem.
- You’re quick with tools and not afraid to learn new systems.
- You’re observant, recognize pain points and opportunities, and aren't afraid to step in and lead the charge on improvements.
- Able to work weekdays in US Eastern Time.
- Experience in inside sales, client onboarding, customer support, or healthcare recruiting is a plus - but not required. If you’re a quick learner with great communication skills, we want to hear from you.

- Not technical support - you’ll guide workers but escalate deeper tech issues.
- Not repetitive - every conversation is unique, and you’ll need to think on your feet.

To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A reliable laptop/desktop (no Chromebooks or Linux OS).
