We’re hiring: Driver Onboarding & Customer Support Executive
Shoreditch, London | Full-time, office-based
£28,000–£32,000, depending on experience
Ride Nuff is a driver-founded private hire platform building a fairer way to travel and work in London. As we grow, we’re looking for a friendly, organised person to help drivers join the platform and give drivers and customers excellent support.
You’ll be one of the people who makes sure drivers have a smooth start with Ride Nuff. You’ll also be a calm, helpful voice when someone calls or emails with a question or problem.
What you’ll do
- Guide new drivers through the application and onboarding process.
- Check driver and vehicle documents carefully, carry out required verification and background checks through our approved processes, and follow up on anything missing or unclear.
- Keep application records accurate and give drivers clear updates on their progress.
- Reply to driver emails and answer customer and driver calls in a friendly, professional way.
- Investigate support issues, resolve what you can and make sure anything you escalate reaches a clear outcome.
- Spot recurring problems and suggest ways to make onboarding and support better.

What we’re looking for
- A warm, easy-going manner and clear communication on the phone and by email.
- Excellent attention to detail when checking documents and handling personal information.
- The confidence to manage your own workload and take ownership of cases from start to finish.
- Good judgement when someone is frustrated or a situation needs escalating.
- Comfort using online dashboards and learning new systems.
