Role: Onboarding Specialist

Location

We offer Choice-Based Working, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK. You'll also have access to our Konica Minolta and Regus offices nationwide, with occasional travel as the business requires.

Join Us as an Onboarding Specialist

As our next Onboarding Specialist, you will govern, process, and manage all sales orders across multiple business units and verticals effectively, while ensuring accuracy and maximizing productivity for optimal customer service and business revenue.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • To meet all cut offs in place for order governance, contract creation, order processing, invoicing, and transport booking. Supporting all necessary actions to obtain required data and meet bespoke requirement requested by both internal and external customers.
  • Ensure personal achievement for both productivity and accuracy relating to any Onboarding Administration activity.
  • Ensure accurate investigation and resolution of allocated queries within business SLA.
  • Work with the Delivery leadership team to remove barriers and resolve issues preventing prompt completion of all onboarding administration activities.
  • Ensure all Onboarding Administration audit, compliance, and J-SOX requirements are adhered to without exception.
  • Ownership of personal development and training to maximize learning, knowledge, and skills.
  • Support in identifying root causes of issues to enable analysis and creation of actions or Continuous Improvement opportunities to address.

  • Strong communications skills (when working with both internal and external stakeholders)
