Your future, as an Onboarding Specialist at mydentist

You’ll be joining our Onboarding Team within our office called Support Centre, which is in Greater Manchester (M26 1GG).

The role is a 12 month fixed term contract and full time

Hybrid working arrangements

Supportive and experienced team

You will benefit from free onsite parking and Kearsley train station is just a short walk away

With an onsite mini market shop and casual seating space inside and outside (for the sunnier days)

Your future, your role

As an Onboarding Specialist, you’ll be:

  • Facilitating an engaging onboarding journey for the clinicians in your case load, from the point of offer until they are compliant and ready to start in practice
  • Follow the escalation and retention processes early as you identify any risk of withdrawal or change in a candidate’s level of commitment to start
  • Weekly contact with your clinicians Practice Managers (PM), supporting them to understand the role they must play in maintaining the clinicians excitement to start in their practice, record all of the PM contact information in the system accurately, signpost the Wisdom onboarding toolkit
  • Collate and thoroughly review all onboarding documentation updating the system to ensure accurate reporting of status and projected start dates
  • Manage workload to ensure all candidates are progressing as they should to meet their planned start date
