Role Description
The Onboarding Specialist role at Mail Ward is a full-time hybrid position based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility for some work from home. In this role, the specialist guides new clients through the onboarding process, from initial introduction through account setup and configuration of Mail Ward’s tools. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, driving early product adoption, and helping customers quickly realize value from Mail Ward.
Qualifications
- Strong Client Onboarding and Customer Onboarding skills, with experience guiding new users through setup and adoption of digital products or SaaS tools.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret customer data, identify issues affecting deliverability, and recommend practical solutions that improve onboarding outcomes.
- Experience in email marketing, marketing automation platforms (preferably Klaviyo), or deliverability tools is beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage multiple client projects, and maintain organized documentation and processes.
- Prior experience in customer success, account management, or implementation roles is a plus.
- Relevant education or training in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is advantageous.
