Role: Oncology Clinician (Remote)

Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)
Job Type: Contract
Payout: $160 - $200/hour

Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Clinician (Oncology / Hematology) to work on a contract basis. This role involves providing specialized care to patients with cancer or blood disorders while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The position requires expertise in oncology and hematology to deliver evidence-based treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose patients with oncology and hematology conditions using clinical guidelines.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for cancer and blood disorder patients.
  • Monitor patient response to therapy and adjust treatment as needed based on clinical outcomes.
  • Collaborate with oncologists, hematologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
  • Document patient encounters, treatment progress, and outcomes in electronic health records.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Active license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the United States.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Oncology or Hematology Nursing preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in oncology or hematology clinical practice.
  • Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and clinical documentation.
  • Strong communication skills for patient education and interprofessional collaboration.
