One Connect Sales Specialist

Role Overview:
You will be responsible for building relationships with new and existing clients and partners, understanding their needs, and promoting our innovative services and solutions for the One Connect solution. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-driven individual with a passion for technology and a desire to excel in sales across multiple industries.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Provide comprehensive product and service information to clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant products and solutions.
- Monitor clients' accounts and activities to ensure satisfaction and address issues proactively.
- Conduct regular reviews to assess clients’ evolving needs and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and support client requirements.
- Stay informed about industry trends, financial regulations, and product developments.
- Achieve individual and team targets related to client acquisition and retention.
- Prepare and present reports on client activities, satisfaction levels, and account status.
- Strengthens client loyalty and trust, leading to increased retention.
- Drives revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and new client acquisition.
- Provide management reporting as required, including maintenance of funnel and forecast in Salesforce.com.
- Work with (and actively learn from) sales team colleagues regarding training and development opportunities.
- Work to develop a thorough contact matrix across all regions and maintain a good working relationship within the account base.

How You Will Make an Impact:
- Deepening client relationships by understanding the client’s business, goals and pain points.
- Anticipate client needs and offering proactive solutions.
- Becoming the go-to resource for the client throughout the relationship and driving retention.
- Driving revenue growth with the team through upsell and cross-selling.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the industry and competition.
- Manage sales funnel and be familiar with Salesforce.com.
- Provide a tailored service and proactive engagement to the clients and partners.
- Positive feedback and referrals from clients and partners.
- Achievement of sales and revenue team targets.
Essential Skills and Experience to be Successful in this Role:
- Clear, timely, and professional communications across all channels (voice, email, meetings).
- 5+ years proven experience identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Negotiating skills in pricing, service levels, and delivery timelines.
- Rapidly resolves client issues and escalates efficiently within the organization.
- Active listening skills.
- Coordination with cross-functional teams.
- 5+ years experience fostering strong long-term professional relationships through regular communication, meetings, personalized service.
- Collaboration with internal teams, including sales, marketing, finance, service, and others.
- 5+ years creating and executing plans to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and overall business growth.
- Participating in industry events and conferences.
- Willingness to travel.
- Proactive, Resourceful, Enthusiastic, and Self-Motivated.
- Assist in the implementation of strategies and plans to achieve business goals and objectives.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Experience selling and supporting the command and control and broadcasting industries.
- Experience selling and supporting SaaS and intercom.

Some employees may be required to work from the office or client sites more than 60% of the time, if required by their role and/or client needs.
