Who is the company and context?
We are helping our client, a leading OneStream consultancy in England, specialising in finance transformation and performance management, looking for their new OneStream Consultant. With a strong presence across the UK, the company operates in a very collaborative and dynamic environment, delivering solutions to a wide range of clients.
As part of their continued growth, they are looking to hire a OneStream Expert to lead exciting projects and support the delivery of complex finance transformation projects.
What will I be doing?
As a OneStream Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering finance transformation projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the architecture and development of OneStream solutions across multiple client projects
- Designing and delivering rules, workflows, dashboards, and integrations
- Taking ownership of technical workstreams from design through to delivery
- Collaborating with clients and senior stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
- Driving best practices and continuous improvement across projects
- Mentoring and supporting junior team members, contributing to team growth and knowledge sharing
- Participating in client workshops and working closely with stakeholders throughout project lifecycles

What kind of skills and background will I need to have?
Ideally, you bring strong hands-on experience with OneStream and a solid understanding of EPM architecture and development.
You have a good understanding of financial processes such as consolidation, planning, forecasting, budget,...
You have experience within finance transformation environments.
You are comfortable working across both technical and functional topics and able to design solutions.
You are recognised for your ability to mentor others and learn from others.
