THE TEAM
This role reports to Product Owner and will work with D365 Platform Manager.
THE ROLE
As part of our clearly defined vision for the CFO function and Transformation strategy, OneStream is a key platform supporting planning, forecasting, reporting and financial consolidation across Landsec.
We are looking for a OneStream Product Manager to join our Finance Systems Team. You will be the resident OneStream expert, responsible for the strategic ownership, governance, support, administration and continuous improvement of the OneStream platform. Working closely with FP&A, Commercial Finance, Group Finance, D&T and external partners, you will ensure the platform delivers maximum value to the business while maintaining high levels of service, performance and security.

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
Platform Owner
- Act as the Landsec OneStream Subject Matter Expert (SME) and trusted advisor for planning, forecasting, reporting and financial consolidation processes leading OneStream Super User Community.
- Support the Product Owner to maintain the OneStream product roadmap.
- Direct engagement with stakeholders to support operational excellence and optimisation on OneStream, developing a clear understanding of the platform and users’ business requirements to deliver high quality support services to our Landsec OneStream Users.
- Lead OneStream governance activities, providing reporting and recommendations on platform performance, risks and future enhancements.
- Own the OneStream enhancement backlog, prioritising initiatives based on business value, risk, regulatory requirements and strategic priorities; lead sprint planning and oversee release management.
- Coordinate testing activities including regression testing, UAT and release validation.

System Administrator
- Provide technical leadership and oversight for OneStream administration, including security, access management, configuration, work with Master Data Administrator on metadata and hierarchy management, ensuring appropriate controls and governance are maintained.
- Own OneStream support process, ensuring effective incident management, prioritisation and resolution to reduce recurring issues and improve user experience.
- Work with support partners to investigate issues, perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions.
- Ensure the reliability, resilience, security and performance of the OneStream platform, overseeing configuration and maintenance.
- Oversee platform performance, use of the system and oversee any upgrades, resolving problems and issues as or when they arise.
- Lead platform upgrade strategy, release planning and deployment, ensuring changes are appropriately assessed, tested, governed and delivered with minimal business disruption.
- Establish and maintain appropriate platform documentation to ensure operational resilience and effective knowledge management.
- Drive data quality initiatives and continuous improvement of reporting processes.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- Technical expertise and a strong management information background, with analytical and planning skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Deep Subject Matter Expertise and experience in implementing OneStream.
- Experience of supporting business facing Finance Ecosystem applications.
- A self-starter with good creative skills. Motivated team player who also works well independently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Business Management, or a closely related field.
- OneStream Certified.
- Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
