Who is the company and context?

Our client is a large international organisation operating across multiple regions, currently investing heavily in its finance systems landscape, with OneStream at the core of its EPM strategy.

As part of their continued growth and transformation, they are looking to hire a OneStream Senior Developer/Architect to lead enhancements and drive the evolution of their global finance system.

This role is ideal for an expert who enjoys working hands-on and is looking for greater ownership of the system, as well as the opportunity to see solutions evolve end-to-end. The role is based in London, with 4 days in the office as part of their internal policy.

What will I be doing?

As a OneStream Senior Developer/Architect, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering finance system improvements. Your responsibilities will be:

  • Leading the architecture and development of the OneStream platform;
  • Designing and delivering rules, workflows, dashboards, and integrations;
  • Taking ownership of solutions from design through to delivery and continuous improvement;
  • Collaborating with finance and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions;
  • Driving best practices and continuous improvement across the platform;
  • Mentoring and supporting team members, contributing to team growth and knowledge sharing;

What kind of skills and background will I need to have?

Ideally, you bring strong hands-on experience with OneStream and a solid understanding of EPM architecture and development.

You have a good understanding of financial processes such as consolidation, planning, and reporting.

You have proven experience delivering solutions, including rules, workflows, and integrations, within finance transformation environments.

You are comfortable working across both technical and functional topics, and able to design scalable solutions.

You are recognised for your problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and ability to mentor others.

A consulting background is a plus.
