OneStream Systems Administrator
SystemsAccountants is partnering with a global organisation to recruit a OneStream System Administrator. Reporting to the OneStream Manager, you will play a key role in supporting, maintaining and enhancing a global OneStream platform used for financial consolidation, planning, budgeting and reporting.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of EPM/CPM systems and financial processes who enjoys working with international stakeholders, driving system improvements and supporting a broad user community. Opportunity to cross train into OneStream is available!
The Role:
As OneStream System Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and ongoing development of the OneStream environment, including integrated modules supporting lease accounting, tax and ESG reporting.
Working closely with Group Finance teams, regional users and external OneStream partners, you will help ensure the platform delivers reliable, efficient and scalable financial processes across a complex multinational organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain and administer financial reports within OneStream
- Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end consolidation and reporting processes
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support across international business units
- Support the design, testing and implementation of system enhancements and process improvements
- Partner with external consultancies and technical support teams to resolve system and performance issues
- Monitor application performance and ensure ongoing system stability
- Maintain organisational structures, master data and metadata within OneStream
- Manage chart of accounts structures within a complex global, multi-currency environment
- Maintain mappings, hierarchies and security permissions
- Develop and maintain system documentation, testing materials and user guides
- Deliver user training and support continuous adoption of best practices
- Identify opportunities to streamline planning, forecasting, budgeting, consolidation and reporting processes

Requirements:
I'm interested in speaking with candidates who possess:
- Experience supporting or implementing EPM/CPM solutions, ideally OneStream however comparable platforms such as HFM, Oracle FCCS, SAP BPC, Tagetik or Cognos Controller will be considered
- A degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years' experience within accounting, financial reporting, consolidation systems or EPM support in an international environment
- Strong understanding of financial consolidation, planning, budgeting and reporting processes
- Experience working across system enhancement, implementation or project lifecycles
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Knowledge of data structures, metadata management and system administration principles
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to deliver effective user training and support
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong customer-service mindset
- Based in the UK, unfortunately sponsorship can not be offered
- Comfortable with hybrid working
