We are growing. Privacy and AI compliance has moved from a back office concern to a board level priority, and our clients are asking more of us because of it. Every week brings a new regulation, a new enforcement decision, or a new product launch that needs a privacy lens before it ships.
This demand is an opportunity for us. We are building Lex Dinamica for what comes next in this work, and we are looking for the people who want to build it with us.
This role is how we anchor our OneTrust practice at the senior end and set the technical standard for the work we take to every client.
The Work
Lex Dinamica is a consulting firm that provides Privacy, AI and Risk solutions. Our advisory, technology and DPO services help clients address regulatory challenges worldwide and deliver compliance-driven value.
Our clients range from FTSE 100 companies and global multinationals to government contractors and high growth scale ups, and they come to us for advisory work, DPO support delivered as a service, AI governance, and privacy technology programmes including OneTrust, where we are a certified implementation partner.
The OneTrust Lead role is the senior technical voice in our privacy technology practice. You will lead the most complex engagements, set the standard for how we deliver OneTrust work, and act as the person clients and colleagues rely on when the harder decisions come up.
The Role
In this role, you will:
- Lead the most complex OneTrust engagements across configuration, implementation, and advisory
- Set the technical standard for the practice and quality assure the work of colleagues
- Own senior client relationships and act as the go to voice when hard decisions arise
- Shape how our OneTrust practice grows, from methodology to team development
In practice, that means being the person clients ask for by name on OneTrust engagements, and the senior technical authority within the firm on how we deliver that work.
You will lead the most complex OneTrust engagements. Multi module builds, difficult integrations, regulator sensitive programmes, and the kind of work where the client cannot afford for the platform decision to be wrong. You are the person we put in the room when that matters.
You will set the technical standard. Reviewing designs, challenging assumptions, quality assuring builds, and making sure the work that leaves our door meets the bar the firm has set. You will be a coach as much as a critic.
You will own senior client relationships. General counsels, Chief Privacy Officers, CIOs, and the executives who need to make big decisions about privacy technology. You will be the trusted voice in those rooms, translating between the platform and the strategy.
You will shape how the practice grows. Methodology, templates, reusable assets, credential-worthy case studies, and the operating rhythm that lets us take on more of this work at pace. The people who join at this level define what our OneTrust practice becomes.

Who We're Looking For
Must haves
- Deep hands on experience with OneTrust, across multiple modules and a range of implementation contexts. You can speak to complex builds you have led and the trade offs you navigated.
- Ability to lead engagements independently, from scoping through delivery, at a level clients trust for their hardest platform decisions.
- Practical privacy consulting expertise alongside your OneTrust work. You can advise on GDPR, DPIAs, transfers, and the wider regulatory questions clients bring to you.
- Senior client presence. You are comfortable with board level conversations, technical challenge, and the ambiguity that comes with the harder engagements.
- A genuine interest in privacy, AI governance, and the wider compliance technology space. You care about what the platform is being used for, not just how it is being configured.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English. You can translate between technical and non technical audiences without losing either.
- A right to work in the UK.
Nice to haves
- OneTrust certifications such as Certified Privacy Professional, Certified AI Governance Specialist, or the OneTrust technical certifications.
- A recognised privacy credential such as CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT, or a legal qualification in a relevant jurisdiction.
- Prior experience mentoring or coaching more junior colleagues, even without a formal line management role.
- Familiarity with adjacent privacy and GRC platforms (TrustArc, Securiti, BigID, ServiceNow GRC, or similar).
- Consulting experience at a professional services firm, a Big Four, or a privacy specialist firm.
- Sector depth in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, life sciences, or public sector.
- Exposure to AI governance work, including the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, or ISO 42001.
- Interest in growing into a practice leadership role as the OneTrust team expands.
- Additional language capability beyond English.
- A relevant degree in a field such as Law, Business, Computer Science, Information Security, or similar.

Working With Us
You will be based in our London office with hybrid working, spending two days a week in the office and the rest of your week wherever you work best. The specific rhythm will flex around client commitments, team moments, and how you do your best work.
