Position Descriptor

Seaton High School is seeking a passionate and adaptable teacher to join our Inclusive and Alternative Education team.

The successful applicant will work collaboratively with students, families, educators, and support staff to develop engaging, flexible, and personalized learning programs. The role requires a strong commitment to inclusive practice, positive relationships, and supporting young people with diverse learning, wellbeing, and engagement needs to achieve success. Knowledge of trauma-informed practice and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), along with the ability to teach across additional learning areas, would be highly regarded.

As an Entrepreneurial Specialist School, we aim to develop each student's confidence, capabilities, aspirations, and sense of value, equipping them to navigate and contribute to a changing world.
