Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Manchester for an Online A-Level Physics Tutor. The tutor will deliver high-quality 1-to-1 online lessons in A-Level Physics, focusing on exam technique, problem-solving, and targeted revision aligned to specific exam boards. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Planning structured lesson content
- Setting and reviewing assignments
- Monitoring student progress
- Providing clear feedback to students and, where appropriate, parents or guardians
The tutor will collaborate with the wider team to follow FutureFlow’s 4-step system, contribute to personalised revision roadmaps, and participate in regular check-ins to maintain student motivation and accountability. The role also involves using online platforms and digital tools to manage communication, lesson scheduling, and learning resources.

Qualifications
- Strong subject knowledge in Physics, with the ability to teach A-Level content clearly and confidently.
- Competence in related Mathematics to support physics problem-solving and exam-style questions.
- Experience or aptitude in Online Tutoring, including effective use of digital tools and virtual classroom platforms.
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills to explain complex concepts in an accessible, engaging way.
- A/A* in A-Level Physics
- Reliable and organised, with a commitment to maintaining regular sessions, punctuality, and professional conduct.
