Online Assistant
Reporting to: Online Trading Manager
The Online Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in London.
About the Role
The Online Assistant is responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of website content, product set-up, and onsite merchandising, ensuring the ecommerce experience is accurate, engaging, and delivered on time.
Working closely with the Online Trading Manager, Marketing, Buying, and Operations teams, this role delivers content and product activity across the website, executing the campaign and merchandising plans set by the Trading Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Product & Catalogue Management — 30%
- Update Shopify theme content, manage edits, and handle content upload and publishing
- Set up new products and coordinate launches within Shopify
- Handle product set-up: image renaming, barcode set-up, and backend logic relating to SKUs
- Manage product imagery, colour swatches, pricing, and quality control
- Maintain product information, attributes, categorisation, and onsite merchandising
- Work closely with Operations to ensure product data is accurate and launches are delivered effectively

Creative Asset Coordination — 20%
- Own the ecommerce shoot list and sample tracking, ensuring products are sampled, allocated, and ready ahead of each shoot
- Coordinate ecommerce imagery from post-production through to website launch
- Keep product imagery, lifestyle assets, and creative content organised across ecommerce channels
- Maintain digital asset libraries, ensuring assets are organised and accessible
- Upload, quality check, and correctly assign all creative assets

Ecommerce Content, Email & Site Delivery — 35%
- Build and execute Klaviyo campaign emails, from brief through to send, including the weekly send schedule
- Publish homepage content, landing pages, collection pages, and promotional content within Shopify
- Support weekly ecommerce and CRM reporting and analysis of site performance
- Support the Trading Manager in maintaining the website content calendar
- Action homepage updates, promotional banners, carousel content, and onsite messaging
- Ensure campaign and seasonal launches are delivered accurately and on time

- Website Visual Merchandising Support — 15%
- Own onsite merchandising across key trading, category, and collection pages
- Help maintain the visual presentation of key customer journeys and high-traffic pages
- Complete regular site reviews and flag content, merchandising, or product issues
- Support seasonal updates and campaign changes across the website
Experience
- 1 year's experience in a similar role or internship
- Hands-on Shopify experience
- A keen interest in ecommerce and website development
- Digital-first knowledge and understanding
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail
