Online Brand Manager - CeraVe - L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty

A Day in the Life

You will help lead the digital activation and e-retail strategy to accelerate online growth for our pioneering dermo-cosmetic brands, Vichy and CeraVe.

  • Lead full-funnel digital strategies from top-of-funnel awareness to conversion and retention, partnering closely with marketing and sales teams to achieve brand targets.
  • Design bespoke, differentiated e-retailer plans across major pharmacy, pure-player, and TikTok Shop accounts to maximize traffic and conversion.
  • Collaborate with PR and advocacy teams to scale high-impact creator partnerships that drive engagement, consideration, and direct e-retailer traffic.
  • Own search insights and optimization to maximize organic visibility and search synergy across retailer platforms.
  • Reflect our medical-first mindset online, showcasing how our dermatological solutions can be life-changing for consumers.
  • Analyse shopper behaviour and competitive strategies across the consumer journey to build lifetime value, repeat purchase loops, and loyalty.
  • Lead differentiated online propositions, including exclusive gifts-with-purchase, to create exceptional added value on key accounts.
  • Measure, track, and report all activation initiatives to maximize ROI, sharing weekly performance insights and action plans with the team.
  • Manage the activation budget for digital projects and collaborate with supply teams to ensure high sales forecast accuracy.

  • You are highly commercial and data-driven, focusing closely on traffic, conversion, ROI, and sales analytics to spot new revenue opportunities.
  • You are highly familiar with the e-retail landscape, search algorithms, influencer ecosystems, and digital marketing trends.
  • You are exceptionally organized, bringing strong planning and prioritization skills with the ability to adapt quickly to change.
  • You possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit, constantly identifying opportunities to drive growth for our brands and retail partners.
  • You embrace a growth mindset, welcoming new ideas, challenges, and digital transformations with positivity and a constant desire to learn.
  • You are a creative problem-solver, always bringing fresh ideas to overcome challenges and design engaging consumer experiences.
