Online Brand Manager – Matrix & Biolage - Professional Products Division

As the Online Brand Manager for Matrix & Biolage, you will champion the digital strategy and shape the online experience for these pioneering professional haircare brands.

A Day in the Life

  • You will drive the online vision and digital growth for our dynamic Matrix and Biolage brands, aligning brand equity with high-impact commercial plans.
  • Manage media activation budgets including Google Search, display, paid social, and self-serve retail media platforms like Criteo to maximize consumer acquisition and ROI.
  • Act as the key touchpoint for commercial teams and Pureplayers like Look Fantastic, collaborating on joint business plans and securing prime digital shelf visibility.
  • Execute digital campaigns and product launches across the activation calendar, optimizing digital assets and first-party data capture for key retail events.
  • Analyze performance metrics such as ROAS, Share of Search, CTR, and CVR, leading a "test & learn" approach to continuously improve campaign efficiency.
  • Coordinate channel demand forecasting with supply chain and marketing teams to ensure stock availability and manage digital marketing budgets accurately.

Who You Are

  • You are a proactive collaborator with an analytical and commercial mindset, ready to make our brands stand out online.
  • You bring a solid foundation in performance marketing or digital media campaigns from a brand, agency, or retailer side, with experience in sponsored search, paid social, or retail media.
  • You have a strong analytical mindset and are comfortable tracking and interpreting e-commerce KPIs to optimize brand visibility on the digital shelf.
  • You are a natural relationship builder who communicates effectively, collaborating smoothly with internal commercial teams, external retail buyers, and agency partners.
  • You demonstrate great agility, with the ability to manage multiple retail budgets and prioritize digital campaigns in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • You are a self-motivated learner, showing openness and curiosity to deeply understand the professional hair industry and emerging digital commerce trends.
