What this role is all about:
We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Online Business Consultant - Health to help grow our presence within the health market. This role focuses on building strong relationships with advisers and brokers through virtual meetings, identifying new business opportunities, delivering tailored product training, and converting opportunities into sales.
Key Actions
- Build and develop relationships with advisers and brokers through virtual meetings and consultative discussions.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities from adviser panels, warm leads, and quote follow-ups.
- Deliver engaging product training and showcase the benefits of Vitality Health products and services.
- Use Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate records and manage business activity.
- Collaborate closely with Online Life Business Consultants, Health Specialists, and underwriting teams.
- Maintain knowledge of Vitality products, systems, competitor offerings, and the wider healthcare market.
- Support business growth targets and contribute to the ongoing success of the Health sales channel.

What do you need to thrive?
- Proven experience in a sales, business development, or account management environment.
- Strong relationship-building, influencing, and objection-handling skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and focused on delivering results.
- Ability to quickly develop product and market knowledge.
- Willingness to complete the IF7 qualification within 12 months of appointment.
