Paid Social Executive
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Experience: Minimum 2 years’ hands-on paid social campaign management
Confident building, launching and optimising paid social campaigns? Join a growing digital agency where you’ll manage campaigns across a varied client portfolio and turn performance insights into measurable improvements.
This is a hands-on role covering the full campaign lifecycle, from interpreting a brief and building campaigns to testing, optimisation and reporting. You’ll work primarily across Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn, collaborating with the wider team to deliver results that support each client’s business objectives.
What you’ll be doing
- Building and managing campaigns: Set up and launch paid social campaigns, translating client briefs into effective campaign structures, audiences and targeting.
- Optimising performance: Manage budgets, bids and placements, making informed adjustments against agreed KPIs.
- Testing and learning: Test creative, messaging, audiences and campaign approaches to identify what works and improve results.
- Identifying growth opportunities: Recommend where to allocate budget and how to scale successful campaigns.
- Reporting on results: Support campaign reporting with clear commentary on performance, key learnings and recommended next steps.
- Collaborating with the team: Contribute to campaign planning, creative briefs and discussions about improving client performance.
- Maintaining quality: Check campaign setups for accuracy and ensure activity follows platform and agency best practice.

What you’ll bring
Essential:
- At least two years’ hands-on experience setting up and managing paid social campaigns, with confidence working directly within advertising platforms.
- Experience managing campaign budgets and optimising activity against performance targets.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn campaign data into practical recommendations.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A commercial mindset: you understand how campaign performance connects to a client’s wider business goals.
- A collaborative approach, with confidence sharing ideas, insights and recommendations.

- Digital marketing agency experience.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience across Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn advertising.
