Rare chance to join this leading digital out-of-home media business - they connect brands with premium audiences and are now looking for a highly organised Digital Campaign Manager to join their growing team.

The Role

This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone looking to begin or develop their career in media.

You’ll manage campaigns booked by the Sales team from initial booking through to completion, coordinating artwork, scheduling activity across CRM and CMS platforms, monitoring campaign delivery and producing reports for clients.

You’ll also work closely with the wider team to support in-building artwork scheduling and contribute to client pitches, prospecting and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and schedule advertising campaigns from start to finish
  • Coordinate artwork delivery and ensure campaigns go live correctly and on time
  • Arrange proof-of-live images and professional campaign photography
  • Monitor campaign delivery and prepare campaign summaries for clients
  • Support the Asset team with in-building artwork scheduling and campaign management
  • Become a key user of the company’s internal CRM and external CMS platforms
  • Work closely with the Sales team on client pitches, prospecting and lead generation
  • Keep up to date with the company’s products and developments across the wider media and out-of-home advertising market

What We’re Looking For:

  • Up to two years’ experience within a sales, customer-facing, administrative or commercial environment, including internships
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach and willingness to learn
  • The confidence to work across several campaigns and deadlines at once
  • A goal-oriented mindset and an interest in developing a career in media
  • Basic working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Availability to work from the office four days per week
