Salt are partnered with a specialist employer branding and talent marketing agency, and they are looking for a Paid Media Contractor to join on a fixed-term contract basis.

Location: London (Hybrid)
Contract Type: 3-6 Months (Outside Ir35)
Key Skills: Paid Social (LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok and YouTube), Programmatic / Display

About the Role

This is a hands-on paid media activation role supporting a portfolio of global employer branding and talent attraction campaigns. You'll work closely with campaign strategy, creative, account management, and project delivery teams to execute high-performing media campaigns across multiple markets and client accounts.

The role will focus on campaign setup, optimisation, audience development, reporting, and performance analysis. You'll be responsible for turning campaign data into meaningful insights and presenting results to stakeholders in a clear and engaging way.

Working across multiple concurrent projects, you'll play a key role in ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, perform effectively, and achieve client objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Own the setup, optimisation, and reporting of paid media campaigns across a portfolio of clients
  • Support the delivery of talent attraction and employer branding campaigns across global markets
  • Partner with strategy and project teams on campaign planning, audience development, and creative briefing
  • Produce weekly and monthly performance reports, delivering actionable insights and recommendations
  • Monitor performance and make data-driven optimisations across active campaigns
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure campaign assets are aligned with objectives and platform best practice
  • Build strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

  • 6+ years' experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple channels
  • Strong expertise across:
    • Paid Social (LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube)
    • Programmatic / Display
    • Paid Search
  • Additional experience across OOH, SEO, CRM, or wider media channels is advantageous
  • Comfortable presenting campaign strategies, performance updates, and recommendations to clients
  • Able to quickly establish themselves within a fast-paced contract environment
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into compelling insights
  • Experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, tracking pixels, and attribution solutions
  • Understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is desirable
  • Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
