Senior Paid Social Executive

Location: London

Salary: Up to £55k + Bonus

Want to run paid social campaigns where performance really matters?

We’re looking for a Senior Paid Social Executive to join a growing digital media business working with exciting brands across the regulated iGaming sector.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves paid social, testing and optimisation, and seeing exactly how their campaigns translate into customers and revenue.

You’ll have plenty of ownership, freedom to test new ideas and the opportunity to make a genuine impact on how campaigns are built, scaled and optimised.

What you’ll be doing

  • Owning and managing paid social campaigns across Meta and other major social platforms
  • Managing budgets and optimising performance against CPA, ROAS and customer acquisition targets
  • Testing audiences, creatives, messaging and placements to improve results and scale successful campaigns
  • Working closely with creative teams to develop engaging, high-performing and compliant ads
  • Tracking and analysing campaign performance, using data to recommend what to scale, pause or change
  • Collaborating with wider marketing, strategy and creative teams to deliver the best possible results

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
