This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Online Campaign Manager based in United Kingdom.
This role offers the opportunity to lead digital public education campaigns designed to influence major global food companies and encourage stronger animal welfare practices. You will take ownership of campaigns from research and strategy through execution, content, outreach, and measurement. The position is highly autonomous, making it ideal for someone who thrives when trusted to organize their own workload and deliver results without close supervision. You will collaborate with an international team across Europe, Asia, and the United States while working from home with significant flexibility. Your work will combine writing, online research, digital communications, advertising, volunteer engagement, and campaign management. The role also provides meaningful opportunities to develop expertise in advocacy and progress toward managerial or other positions.
Accountabilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute online public education campaigns aimed at encouraging major global food companies to adopt stronger animal welfare policies.
- Conduct online research into companies, industry practices, policies, and campaign opportunities to inform effective advocacy strategies.
- Write, edit, and distribute campaign emails and other digital communications designed to engage audiences and influence decision-makers.
- Draft and publish web content, campaign materials, and other educational resources that clearly communicate campaign objectives and key messages.
- Plan and manage online advertising initiatives to increase campaign reach and engagement.
- Recruit, communicate with, and coordinate volunteers and supporters involved in campaign activities.
- Independently manage campaign timelines, priorities, deliverables, and day-to-day execution while maintaining consistent communication with international colleagues.
- Develop strategic approaches for persuading companies to improve their policies and continuously identify ways to make campaigns more effective.
- Monitor campaign progress and outcomes, adapting tactics and priorities to maximize impact and achieve defined objectives.

Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage priorities, and consistently deliver high-quality work without close supervision.
- Strong work ethic and a highly productive approach to online and computer-based work.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with full professional fluency required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple campaign activities simultaneously.
- Strong writing and editing abilities, with the capacity to communicate persuasive ideas clearly and effectively.
- Comfort conducting online research, working with digital platforms, and learning new tools quickly.
- Strategic and competitive mindset, with the ability to think creatively about how to persuade organizations to make positive changes.
- Confidence engaging with large corporations and addressing inadequate policies in a constructive but determined manner.
- High personal initiative, resilience, and motivation to achieve measurable results.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across different countries, cultures, and time zones.
- No specific degree or previous professional experience is required; demonstrated skills, work ethic, personality, and ability to succeed in the role are the primary considerations.
