Performance Marketing (Paid Social) Specialist, Lifestyle, London, c. £60-70K

A fast-growing consumer brand in the luxury/lifestyle space is looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to own and scale paid acquisition across Meta.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who understands how to turn spend into measurable growth, thrives in fast-moving environments, and enjoys testing, optimising and scaling performance campaigns. They are looking for you to open up new channels as well as maximising paid social growth.

The Role

  • Own and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta
  • Drive customer acquisition through creative, audience and funnel testing
  • Work closely with content teams to develop high-performing creative
  • Analyse performance data and optimise against CPA and ROAS
  • Manage budgets and scale what’s working efficiently

About You

  • Strong hands-on Meta Ads experience
  • Proven track record scaling paid social campaigns
  • Data-driven with a strong commercial mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Ecommerce or consumer brand experience is a plus
