Digital Ad Campaign & Technical Success Consultant
📍 London, UK | Contract – 6 Months | Inside IR35 | £310/day | 4 days onsite Farringdon
About the role
We're hiring on behalf of a major technology and social media platform, known for its camera-first products connecting hundreds of millions of users worldwide through visual messaging, augmented reality, and wearable tech.
This is a newly created function supporting advertiser operations across the UK. You'll combine hands-on campaign management, performance troubleshooting, and technical issue triage — helping advertisers and agencies run healthier, better-performing campaigns.
You'll respond to live campaign alerts, investigate pacing and delivery issues, support launch readiness, diagnose technical blockers, and drive recommendations through to implementation — working closely with Account Managers, Technical Solutions teams, Product, and advertiser-side technical contacts.
What you'll do
- Own execution, diagnosis, and operational follow-through for priority advertiser campaigns, with clear escalation where needed
- Help build the case for the role's ongoing value — tracking recommendation adoption, customer health, and resolution speed
- Monitor campaigns for delivery blockers, error codes, pacing risk, budget-utilisation drops, and performance dips
- Run pre-launch readiness checks across assets, setup, dependencies, and measurement requirements
- Develop practical optimisation recommendations covering pacing, delivery, audience, creative, bidding, and measurement
- Communicate recommendations and resolution steps directly to advertisers and agencies, in partnership with the Account Manager
- Track objections and blockers through to resolution, closing the loop with all stakeholders
- Work with advertiser-side developers on integration issues, escalating bugs and complex signal problems to internal technical teams with clear business context
- Support pilot measurement by capturing outcomes, workflow data, and time-to-resolution metrics

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
