Online Concession Coordinator
We are looking for an Online Concession Coordinator for the Digital team here at Harrods. This role will be at the core of the day-to-day functions of an iconic luxury e-tailing site.
The Role
As the Online Concession Coordinator you will manage the product enrichment for our Online Concession and E-Concession partners, working through close liaison with Fashion and Fine Jewellery Brands. This role will see you be accountable for checking and processing the range assortment for brands on a regular basis through our 3 production process models: vendor imagery, scheduling collections, and stock transfer orders.
You will also be working closely with internal stakeholders such as Studio, Online Trading Teams, Buying, Product Data Teams and Distribution Teams to effectively ensure the process is seamless.
About You
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills specifically in regards to building relationships with brands and working collaboratively with internal stakeholders. You will be highly organised with excellent time management skills and precise attention to detail. Having prior experience in an operational or e-commerce role would be beneficial.

- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
- Have the readiness to adapt to changing priorities.
- Intermediate experience using MS Applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Have previous experience using SAP Retail would be desirable, but not essential.
